Are you a hunter, fisher, or outdoorsman?  If you currently can't wait to get into the new Field & Stream store at Tanger Outlet that opens this summer, then you probably can't wait to shop at Bass Pro Shop's rival, Cabela's.  Cabela's has announced they will be selecting the Summerville area of the Nexton development as their build site, which is located on N. Main Street near the I-26 exit at mile marker 199.  Construction is anticipated to be completed in 2016.

Many residents may question what will this bring?  Not only will it increase the draw and appeal to the Summerville area, but it will bring commerce and revenue.  As Summerville continues to explode with development and growth, there seems to be no slow down in sight.  With high demand and low inventory, prices are expected to continue to rise.

As you continue to travel into the quaint town of Summerville from I-26, you'll notice construction near the intersection of N. Main Street and Berkeley Circle.  It appears Earth Fare, an organic food supermarket, PetCo, and a rumored Krispy Kreme is being constructed.  Summerville is definitely the target of big name retailers and real estate developers.  It's a no brainer, that Summerville is perfect for growing families and increasing property values!  If you're thinking about moving to Summerville, reach out to me today and I'll be happy to educate you about the area and what it has to offer.
