It's that time of the year when pumpkin everything emerges, oyster roasts ramp up, Charleston bog/Beaufort stew parties start, and when people enjoy the seasonal weather that Charleston offers.  Starting this fall, I will be visiting and reviewing a good bit of festivities in the area.  If there are any questions about a certain festival or area of town that is convienent for home owners to enjoy, just ask!

Starting Saturday October 11, from 3-6, enjoy an Oyster Roast at the Southerly Patio located at 730 Coleman Blvd. in Mt. Pleasant, SC.  I hope to see you there!
As always feel free to contact me with any questions or real estate needs!
