Real Estate Or Fast Food

I was reading an article just a few moments ago about building your clientele base of buyers and sellers similar to a fast food chain like Chipotle or Moe's.  Although the clientele base works similar to walking into a restaurant and getting something eat, the experience is what causes you to return time and time again. The idea of the assembly line type service, using several people to acheieve the same goal is what real estate is all about.  No single agent can solely rely on doing everything for their buyers and sellers.  Agents share the responsibility with other agents, inspectors, lenders, office staff, and closing attorneys to achieve the same goal of conveying the American Dream.  However, when these working parts are poorly established the American Dream will quickly become the American Nightmare.  While I encourage every buyer and seller on using who they want during the buying and selling process, I have worked hard on establishing those long term relationships to streamline the purchase or sale of a property.  Feel free to e-mail me or call me with any real estate needs!  I promise you will return, and refer others for an exceptional experience.
